NEW YORK -- Former Nazareth lacrosse standout Ryan Hotaling is on the Reserve List for the United States National Indoor Lacrosse Team roster that will compete in the 2011World Indoor Lacrosse Championship in Prague, Czech Republic next May.

The roster was narrowed down following three tryout/exhibition weekends held in Baltimore, Syracuse and Wayne, N.J.

"The chance to represent the United States at this elite level is the ultimate honor in lacrosse," said USIL President and GM Graham D'Alvia. "I am honored and look forward to the opportunity to further
develop this team that will represent our great country in this sport, both on and off the turf."

A three-time All-American for the Golden Flyers, Hotaling graduated in 2007 and now plays for the Boston Blazers for the indoor pro league. He amassed 232 points, including 139 goals in four seasons for the Golden Flyers. As a part of rhe reserve list, Hotaling could still be placed on the national team as five players from that list will be added in February.

The World Indoor Lacrosse Championship takes place at Telsa Arena in Prague, Czech Republic on May 21-28, 2011. Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, England, Finland, Ireland and the Iroquois Nationals will join the United States in the one-week tournament.
