Ithaca Women's Basketball Team Up To Fourth In NCAA Regional Ranking
Indianapolis, Ind. – The Ithaca women’s basketball team (18-5, 14-0 Empire 8) moved up to fourth in the third NCAA East Region ranking. The regional rankings, which include games through Feb. 15, are based on the same criteria used to select and rank teams for the NCAA playoffs.
The Bombers, who have clinched the top seed for next weekend's Empire 8 Championship Tournament, take their 12-game winning streak to a weekend series at Hartwick (Friday) and Stevens (Saturday).
