Ithaca Men's Basketball Team Up To Second In Regional Ranking
Indianapolis, Ind. – The Ithaca men’s basketball team (20-5, 13-3 Empire 8) moved up to second in the fourth NCAA East Region ranking, which is the final published ranking of the season. The regional rankings, which include games through Feb. 22, are based on the same criteria used to select and rank teams for the NCAA playoffs.
The Bombers, who won the Empire 8 regular-season title for the third time in four years, host St. John Fisher Friday in an 8 p.m. Empire 8 Championship Tournament semifinal.
