Bombers Bounce Back Into Men’s Basketball National Rankings
ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca men’s basketball team returned to the national rankings after a 2-0 week featuring victories over Empire 8 opponents, Nazareth and Rochester Institute of Technology. The Bombers, now 15-4, 8-2 Empire 8, are ranked 27th nationally by D3Hoops.com. Ithaca was last ranked 22nd in the Jan. 16 poll.
As a team, the Bombers rank first in the nation in assist to turnover ratio and are among the top-20 in turnovers per game (4th), scoring offense (4th), three-point field goals per game (6th), field-goal percentage (12th), assists per game (13th) and three-point field-goal percentage (15th).
