Ithaca Softball Ranked Eighth in Preseason Poll
ITHACA, N.Y. -- The Ithaca softball team is ranked eighth in the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Division III preseason poll, which was released Feb. 2. The Bombers finished the 2010 season with a 34-15 record and received 120 points in the national preseason poll.
The NFCA poll is voted on by eight head coaches, one from each region.
Ithaca begins its season March 13-18 with 10 games at the National Training Center in Clermont, Fla.
