St. John Fisher Extends Winning Streak To Six Games

The St. John Fisher College baseball team jumped out an 8-0 lead after two innings and earned its sixth straight victory as the Cardinals picked up an 11-4 win over visiting Keuka College on Wednesday afternoon.

It was a total team effort for Fisher (9-4). Seven different players pitched at least one inning, while seven different players picked up at least one base hit. Fisher finished the game with 10 hits and stole nine bases.

Leo Fusilli drove in five runs, including a bases-loaded double that scored three runs.
 
Sean Osterman went 2-for-4 with two runs scored, while Chris Roeder scored three runs and stole two bases.
 
Peter Krysztof finished with two hits and two stolen bases.
 
Starting pitcher Justin D’Amato struck out three batters in two innings of action and raised his record to 4-1 on the year.
