Fisher Student-Athletes Help Raise Money For Children's Hospital
Earlier this week, St. John Fisher College's Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) helped to raise nearly $3,000 for Golisano Children's Hospital.
On Sunday, March 27, the Second Annual Winter Walk at St. John Fisher College helped to raise $2,700.
This is the second year that Fisher students have teamed up with Nazareth College students to walk together, and raise money for Golisano Children's Hospital.
This fundraiser is the final event of the annual Battle of the Beaks campaign, which includes fundraisers at two Fisher vs. Nazareth basketball games. Fisher and Nazareth worked together to raise $15,000 for the hospital this year alone.
