ROCHESTER, NY- Hartwick senior
John Stuligross (Kenosha, WI/Kenosha Bradford) was named the Empire 8 Men’s Cross Country Runner of Week, the conference announced today.
Stuligross won the Cross County Only Conference Championship in Geneva, NY on Saturday in a time of 26:56.20 to help give the Hartwick men a fourth-place finish. A total of 173 runners and 17 schools competed in the event. It was Stuligross’ first win of this year and the second of his career.
The men’s and women’s cross county teams will host the Hartwick College Fast Track 5k this Friday at 6 p.m. on the Elmore Field Track.
