E8 Field Hockey Tournament Moved to Utica
Due to the effects of the recent storm and an emphasis on student-athlete well-being, changes have been made to the Empire 8 field hockey playoff schedule. The tournament has been moved to second-seed Utica College.
The Pioneers will now host both the semifinal games on Saturday, November 3 and the championship game Sunday, November 4.
Saturday, November 3
No. 4 W&J v No. 1 Stevens, 11:30 a.m.
No. 3 St. John Fisher at No. 2 Utica, 2:30 p.m.
Sunday, November 4
Championship tentatively set for 1:00 pm.
There is a chance that Utica may also be hosting the men’s soccer final in which case the field hockey final would be at 2:30pm.
