Lauren Michels Selected E8 Player of the Week
Lauren Michels won both her singles and double matches this weekend to earn Empire 8 Women's Tennis Player of the Week.
Hartwick defeated Alfred and St. John Fisher by identical scores of 6-3. Michels won second doubles, 8-1, and third singles 6-1, 6-4 over Alfred Saturday afternoon. On Sunday, Michels posted an 8-2 win at second doubles and picked up a 6-1, 6-0 victory at third singles.
Hartwick will host Union on Thursday afternoon at 4 p.m.
