Rochester, NY – Sophomore Evan Clarke
of the Men’s Golf team earned Player of the Week awards as announced by the Empire 8 Conference on Monday.
Clarke finished in fourth place individually shooting an even par-144 over the two-day Penn State Harrisburg Invitational. The sophomore paced the Soaring Eagles to a fifth place finish out of 15 teams. Clarke carded a 2-under 70 in the first round before finishing with a 2-over 74 on the second day. For his accomplishments he was named to the All-Tournament Team.
The Men’s Golf team returns to the course Tuesday when it hosts the Elmira College Fall Invitational at the Elmira Country Club starting at 10:00 a.m.
