Stevens Institute of Technology men’s soccer team (6-2-0) moved up three spots in the National Soccer Coaches Association of American (NSCAA) East Region poll. The No. 4 Ducks, who are also receiving votes in the national poll, powered past Alfred College and defeated nationally ranked Swarthmore in overtime last week.

Stevens will play again on Wednesday when the team hosts Polytechnic Institute of New York University at 7 p.m.

Elmira College (7-0-0) remained at No. 10 in the region, knocking off national ranked and previously unbeaten Nazareth College, 3-2.

The Soaring Eagles return to action Saturday, Sept. 29 when they travel to Pittsford, NY to take on conference foe St. John Fisher starting at 1:00 p.m.

Fisher was one of three teams to “also receive votes” in the east region ranking.
