Alfred wins over Maritime; Utica Falls to Hamilton

The Alfred University women's soccer team downed SUNY Maritime, 3-2, on the road Sunday afternoon. This win improves the Lady Saxons to 5-10 (0-6 Empire 8) and drops Maritime to 10-9 on the season.

Mariana Crevison rounded out scoring for AU at the 60 minute mark, sealing the victory at 3-2 as time expired.
For the game, Alfred held a 21-17 shot advantage over Maritime.

The Utica College women's soccer team dropped its second consecutive game Sunday afternoon as it fell to local rival, Hamilton College, 4-0. Freshman
Jamie Enders had a game-high 12 saves.
Hamilton got on the board in the eighth minute as Becca Rees tallied her third of the year, off an assist from Kendall Daly. The score held until the 70th minute as Morgan Fletcher extended the Hamilton lead. Daly and Ali Clark each scored in the final ten minutes to extend the Continental lead to 4-0.
