E8 Men's Soccer Tournament Field Set
After back-to-back NCAA Round of 16 appearances, six straight Empire 8 Athletic Conference titles and 12 straight NCAA tournament appearances the Stevens Institute of Technology men's soccer team locked up the No. 1 seed in the upcoming E8 Tournament. The Ducks will be looking to defend its conference title that they shared with Ithaca in 2012.
E8 tournament action begins Wednesday, November 6, with two semifinal matchups to be played at the highest two seeds. The winners will play in the championship game on Saturday, November 9, at the highest remaining seed.
Stevens will host fourth-seeded Nazareth College in a semifinal game at 4 p.m. The Ducks defeated the Golden Flyers on Oct. 5, 4-0 and are currently riding a nine-game win streak.
Utica downed conference rival, Elmira College 2-1 in a thrilling match up on Nov. 2 to finalize the tournament standings. With the win, the Pioneers locked up the number two seed in the conference tournament and will welcome third-seeded Ithaca for the semifinal round on Wednesday. The Bombers won the regular season match-up two weeks ago, 4-1.

At the site of the highest remainging seed after the Semifinals. If at Stevens, the game will be played at 5:00 p.m. If at another site, the game time is TBD.
