Ithaca Slips to 14th in USA Today Sports Coaches' Poll
LILBURN, Ga. – The Ithaca College women's basketball team (3-1) fell one spot to rank 14th in the
USA Today Sports Week Two Top 25 Coaches' Poll announced Tuesday. The Bombers, who tallied 100 points to sit within five points of the 11th-ranked squad, were 13th in the week one poll.
The Bombers went 2-1 last week, dropping their first loss of the season to fifth-ranked Amherst in the championship game of the Amherst Tip-Off Tournament Sunday. Ithaca's victories came against Rochester in its home opener, 74-61, and over Farmingdale, 75-60.
Ithaca will return to the court, Tuesday Dec. 3 hosting Cortland at 8 p.m.
