Men's Tennis Loses Second Straight By One Point
For the second time in just under 24 hours, the St. John Fisher College men's tennis team found themselves on the wrong end of a 5-4 decision, losing to Malone University on Thursday in Hilton Head, S.C.
Fisher won the final four singles matches. Pat McGrath earned a point at third singles, as did Bryan Hanley at fourth singles.
Sheldon Mitchell battled back for a 3-6, 7-6 (7-5), 11-9 win at fifth singles, while Nathaniel Ligon won 6-2, 6-4 at sixth singles.
