Two members of the men’s team recorded seventh place finishes in the high jump and discus events, respectively.

Robert Pinto (Staten Island, N.Y.) also took seventh in the high jump with a leap of 1.88 meters (6 feet, 2 inches). Pinto’s mark was only seven inches from first place honors which went to a Division I Lehigh University student-athlete.
For the women, freshman
Kate Moyer (Long Valley, N.J.) posted the best finish with an eighth place showing in the 1,500-meter run. Moyer ran a time of 5:03.91. With three seconds shaved off her time, Moyer would have taken fifth overall.
