Nazareth competes at Roberts

NORTH CHILI, N.Y. -- Nazareth resumed its track and field season Saturday at the Roberts Wesleyan Invitational as a final tune-up for the April 20 Empire 8 Conference meet at Golden Flyer Stadium.
In the women's meet, sophomore
Hannah Brackley and freshman
Taylor Pierson ran 1-2 in the 200-meter dash. Brackley posted a winning time of :26.67, with Pierson close behind in :26.86. The tandem also ran 2-3 in the 100-meter dash with times of :12.75 and :12.90 respectively.
Senior
Keaghlan Morrissey finished third in the 400-meter hurdles (1:10.54) and senior
Lauren Jamieson was seventh in the 800-meter run (2:30.10). Junior
Bethany Althaus was sixth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (13:03.34) and sophomore
Michaela Gildemeyer finished eighth in the 1,500-meter run (5:07.79).
