Men's Golf Championship Set to Wrap up April 20 & 21
The third and fourth rounds of the Empire 8 men’s golf championship will be played at Hershey Country Club in Pennsylvania on April 20 and 21.
St. John Fisher holds a 19-stroke lead after the first and second round, which were played during the fall portion of the season. The Cardinals are seeking their third straight and tenth overall championship title.
Elmira College and The University of Scranton are tied for second (615) and will be looking to close the gap with Fisher.
Stevens Institute of Technology is fourth (656), followed by Susquehanna University (666), Nazareth College (670), Utica College (680), Moravian College (695), and Houghton College (768).
The Empire 8 champion will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Men’s Golf Championship. The top five scorers at the end of the tournament will earn first-team all-conference honors with the next five finishers being named to the second team.
