RIT Defeats Ithaca 6-3 In Men's Tennis
ITHACA, N.Y. -- The Ithaca College men's tennis team returned home to Glazer Arena and dropped a 6-3 decision against the Rochester Institute of Technology on Saturday afternoon. RIT took the lead by winning all three doubles matches, and the teams split the singles matches.
Ithaca's victories came at the third, fourth and fifth singles spots and all came in straight sets. Justin Levine was a 6-3, 6-2 winner at third singles, Chris Hayes won 6-3, 6-4 at fourth singles and David Andersen convincingly won 6-2, 6-0 at fifth singles.
The Bombers return to action Saturday against New York University at the National Tennis Center before playing at Stevens on Sunday.
