Fisher Makes Cut at NCAA Championship, Currently in 12th Place

The St. John Fisher College men’s golf team made the cut after shooting a 302 (+18) on Wednesday at the NCAA Division III Championship. Its two day score of 603 (+31) is good for 12th place in the Championship, which is 24 strokes off the leaders, Texas at Tyler and Transylvania (+7).

Fisher is one of just 15 teams in the country to make the cut after its round at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort: The Raven in Destin, FL.

For the second straight day, Joseph Radulski led the Cardinals. The senior put together a round of 72 (+1), knocking in four birdies, two on each side. His effort thus far has Radulski in a tie for 15th place on the player’s leaderboard, moving seven spots up from his finishing spot after round one. Radulski is just +3 for the tournament.

Corey Haas was consistent for the second-straight day, putting up Fisher’s second-best score, a 74 (+3). The freshman birdied three holes on the day, playing the first eight holes at -1. Haas is currently in a tie for 25th place after two rounds. He is +5 for the tournament,

The other scorers for Fisher were Chris Blyth and Josh Rathbun. Blyth shot a 77 (+6) while Rathbun shot a 79 (+8).
