YELLOWJACKET INVITATIONAL (Ithaca, Nazareth, St. John Fisher) - RESULTS 
Ithaca Colllege placed five finishers in the top 14 through the tape on Saturday morning at the Yellowjacket Invitational held in Genesee Valley Park.

The Bombers finished first in teh 13-team field with 45 points. Rochester finished second in the 13-team field with 54 points. Ithaca College was first with 45 points. The Bombers had two in the top five finishers and all five of their scorers in the top 14 individuals.

Rochester was second (54 points), followed by Denison University (76), RIT (105), Niagara (127), Nazareth (192), St. John Fisher (199), Geneseo (207), William Smith (265), Wells (302), Cazenovia (319), Morrisville State (322), and Alfred State (381).

Kim Vona of Niagara was the individual champion. She covered the six-kilometer course in 22:36.1. Olivia Galano of Denison was second in 22:43.6. Ithaca's Alexa Rick was third (22:47.1) with Emma Jones of RIT fourth (22:51.4), and Jennifer Randall of Ithaca fifth (22:58.6). The race field was 165 runners.

ONEONTA EARLY BIRD INVITATIONAL (Hartwick and Alfred) - RESULTS
Two Hartwick athletes finished in the top 10 on Saturday at the Oneonta State Early Bird Invitational at Fortin Park.  Freshman Victoria Hathaway, who finished second individually, and junior Monica Prager  led the women to a fifth place showing.

Hathaway was just six seconds off the pace from winning the event on the women's side. She ran the 4.5K in 16:56.4, just six ticks behind Oneonta's Danielle Kennedy (16:50.4). Prager took ninth in a final time of 17:35.6.

Hartwick finished just 10 points short of fourth-place Union. As a team, the Hawks placed in front of Plattsburgh, Alfred, Delhi, and the Culinary Institute of America.

Freshman Mary Baughman led the AU women on the four-kilometer course, placing 21st in 18:19.10. Junior Tracie Forrester was 38thm in 19:06.60.


ROADRUNNER INVITATIONAL (Stevens) - RESULTS
The Stevens Institute of Technology women's cross country team placed 5th overall out of 17 teams at the Ramapo College Roadrunner Invitational at Garret Mountain on Saturday with 132 points. Sophomore Amy Regan bested the field 194 runners on the 6K course.

Regan clocked a time of 23:26.9 at the Invitational in what was the first time the team competed at Garret Mountain. She won the race by 40 seconds for her second first place finish this season.

Next to cross the line for the Ducks was freshman Kathleen Kalbian in 20th with a time of 25:07.3 and was just six seconds from 17th. Senior Ashley Princiotta posted a time of 25:43.9 which was good for 30th, while freshman Kaela Earrusso took 38th with a time of 26:20.8.

Sophomore Janice Frontera ran the course in 26:50.6 to place 43rd to round out the top five runners for Stevens.


REDHAWK SHORT COURSE (Houghton ) - RESULTS
Leah Williams was once again the top runner for Highlander cross country at the Roberts Wesleyan College Redhawk Short Course race on Saturday.

Williams ran to a 10th place finish in the 3200 meter women's race with a time of 12:07. Cara Davenport and Joanna Friesen were 16th and 17th overall, while Christel Enriquez-Fisher and Judith Marklin finished 27th and 30th, respectively for the Highlanders.
