2013 Women's Golf All-Conference Teams

Junior Sharon Li of Ithaca College earned the Medalist/Player of the Year honor at the 2013 Empire 8 Women’s Golf Championship.  She shot rounds of 74 and 76 at Blue Heron Hills Golf Course in Macedon, NY.
 
The top five finishers who played both rounds were named to the all-conference first team with the next five players being selected to the all-conference second team.
 
Li, who shot the best round of the tournament with a first-round 74, earned first-team all-conference and was joined by four of her Ithaca teammates who all shot two day totals of 170 or lower.
 
One member of each team was named that institution’s representative on the 2013 Women’s Golf Sportswoman of the Year Team.  Empire 8 emphasizes that "Competing with Honor and Integrity" is an essential component of a student-athlete’s experience in conjunction with an institution’s educational mission. These honorees have distinguished themselves and consistently exhibit the critical traits as outstanding sportswomen. 
 
Player of the Year: Sharon Li, Ithaca College
Rookie of the Year: ?Kimberly Wong, Ithaca College
Coach of the Year: Dan Woods, Ithaca College
