ST. JOHN FISHER
Fisher's Kaylee Zbytek and Paige Willson each set Fisher records at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational on Saturday.
 
Willson won the shot put with a distance of 11.72 meters, breaking the Fisher record, which she set last year.  Zbytek set the school-record in the mile run, posting a time of 5:27.33, good for fifth-place overall.
 
Freshman Allison Corretore advanced to the finals in the 60-meter hurdles and placed fifth overall with a time of 9.94 seconds.
In the 60-meter dash, Morgan Mastin qualified for the finals and was fifth overall at 8.17 seconds.

Lisa Knab took third in the high jump, clearing 1.55 meters.  Joanna Vassiliou was sixth overall in the weight throw.  Sophomore Danyelle Redmond finished ninth overall in the pole vault.

Fisher's 4x800-meter relay team (Sydney SacconeKaylee ZbytekSarah Coon and Julianna Holland) placed fifth overall, while Fisher's 4X200 relay team (Kaitlin Rizzo,Nicoletta LattucaJessica Colmerauer and Mastin) also placed fifth.

ITHACA
Junior Emilia Scheemaker (Scarborough, Maine/Scarborough) shattered her own triple jump record to lead the Ithaca College women's track & field team in competition Saturday at Cornell's Upstate Challenge. The Bombers faced six Division I and one additional Division III school at the meet.

Scheemaker's jump ranks first in the nation by a startling 54 centimeters. She had held the triple jump school record with a 12.00-meter jump since March 1, 2013. Scheemaker placed second in the event with a mark of 12.25 meters (40' 2.25") to handedly qualify for the ECAC Championships.

Rookie Natalie Meyer (Pittsford, N.Y./Pittsford Mendon) won the high jump with an ECAC-good clear of 1.65 meters. She also cleared 1.67 meters during pentathlon completion where she placed fifth overall with 2,925 points. Classmate Paige Agnew (Virginia Beach, Va./Ocean Lakes) finished eighth with 2,440 points in the pentathlon and sophomore Kristen Pompey (Southborough, Mass./Algonquin Regional) placed ninth with 2,214 points. 

Ithaca's additional top-10 performances came in the weight and shot put throws. Junior Corrine Taylor (Auburn, N.Y./Auburn) placed eighth in both events. She threw 11.46 meters in the shot and 13.16 meters in the weight. Junior Kristina Stockburger (Belle Mead, N.J./Montgomery) finished seventh and senior Elaine Abdulky (Ithaca, N.Y./Ithaca) 10th in the weight with heaves of 13.64 and 13.04 meters, respectively.

Three Bombers narrowly missed ECAC qualifiers on the track. Sophomore Christine Kelly (Stone Ridge, N.Y./Rondout Valley) ran 12th in the 400 dash in 1:00.97 (1:00.50 ECAC), junior Emily Smith (Orchard Park, N.Y./Orchard Park) placed 12th in the 1,000 run with a time of 3:10.13 (3:09.00 ECAC) and sophomore Eliza Dewart (Barker, N.Y./Barker) raced to a 17th-place finish in the 200 dash with a time of 26.97 finish (26.90 ECAC).

NAZARETH
Junior Hannah Brackley and sophomore Gabrielle LeBihan recorded school records in Nazareth's indoor track and field meet on Saturday. The Golden Flyers' men's and women's teams traveled to the SPIRE North Coast Open meet in Geneva, Ohio. In the men's competition, senior Jake Lafaver placed fourth in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:56.82.

Brackley placed fourth and broke her own record in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:00.44, which beat her 2013 record by .29 seconds. In the 200-meter event, Brackley claimed the school record by .01 seconds from teammatTaylor Pierson. Brackley's time was :26.75 seconds, and she placed eighth overall. Pierson was 16th with a time of :27.34. LeBihan's eighth-place 3,000-meter time of 10:32.14 was nearly 35 seconds faster than the prior school record, which has been held by Laura Snepenger since 2006. Freshman Emily Thompson finished in 17th-place with a time of 11:04.34.

Junior Michaela Gildemeyer recorded a second-place finish in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:20.26, which was her fastest indoor time in the event. The Golden Flyers' 4x400-meter relay of Brackley, Pierson, Gildemeyer, and sophomore Kenzi Coon was fifth with a time of 4:17.04.

In the 5,000-meter run, freshman Jamie DiSalvo and sophomore Blair Meeson recorded back-to-back finishes with DiSalvo placing fifth and Meeson placing sixth. DiSalvo finished with a time of 20:20.27, and Meeson had a time of 20:59.49.

Nazareth also collected top-10 finishes in several field events. Freshman Kelsey Hill was third in the triple jump with a mark of 10.27 meters (33 ft, 8 1/3 in.), and sophomoreAmanda Entress was seventh with a leap of 9.86 meters (32 ft, 4 1/5 in). In the pole vault, junior Sibongile Chisi was sixth with a mark of 3.05 meters (10 ft, 4/5 in.). FreshmanAnna Bertrand and junior Kate Durr each competed in the high jump. Both girls finished with a mark of 1.47 meters (4 ft, 9 7/8 in.).

UTICA
The Utica College women's indoor track & field team competed at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational at Bundy Field House on Saturday.

Senior sprinter Anastasia Bowden (Monticello, NY/Monticello) won the women's 400 meter dash with a time of 59.95, making her the only competitor to break the one minute barrier.

UC's Sheila Ramos (Haverstaw, NY/North Rockland), Brenna Stewart (Southborough, MA/Algonquin), Anastasia Bowden (Monticello, NY/Monticello) and Sarah Wiatr (Poland, NY/West Canada Valley) teamed up for a first place finish in the women's 4x200 meter relay with a time of 1:48.59. Utica's 4x800 meter relay team of Samantha Prendergast (Utica, NY/T.R. Proctor), Samantha Bennett (Mexico, NY/Mexico), Katie Day (Whitesboro, NY/Whitesboro) and Jaimee Balloni (Baldwinsville, NY/C.W.Baker) also took home first place in their competition with a time of 10:03.74.

Sophomore Sarah Wiatr (Poland, NY/West Canada Valley) took home second place in the long jump with a leap of 5.00 meters. Wiatr also placed eighth in the women's 200 meter dash with a time of 27.78.

Senior Katie Day (Whitesboro, NY/Whitesboro) finished the women's' one mile run in 5:24.84 to earn a fourth place finish for the Pioneers. Senior Jaimee Balloni (Baldwinsville, NY/C.W.Baker) placed eighth in the one mile run with a time of 5:35.00. Senior Samantha Prendergast (Utica, NY/T.R. Proctor) placed sixth overall with a time of 2:26.21 in the women's 800 meter run.

STEVENS
The Stevens Institute of Technology women's indoor track & field squad took part in the Springfield College Indoor Invitational on Saturday afternoon and came in eighth with 28.5 points.

Ramapo College won the meet with 121.5 points in the 11-team event.

Stevens' top finish came from senior Ashley Princiotta (Manalapan, N.J.) who placed first overall in the mile run with a time of 5:24.98. Priniciotta won the event by nearly two seconds.

She also ran the final leg on the 4x800-meter relay team that placed fifth. Senior Kelly Freed (Rutherford, N.J.), freshman Kaela Earrusso (Sparta, N.J.) and sophomoreSarah Zahran (Southbury, Conn.) rounded out the team.

Junior Amira Dardir (Jersey City, N.J.) put together a runner-up showing in the high jump with a mark of 1.57 meters (5 feet, 1.75 inches), while freshman Megan Safranek(Shoreham, N.Y.) placed fifth in the pole vault with a cleared bar at 2.45 meters (8'.5").

Senior Tiffany Evangelou (Fair Lawn, N.J.) competed in the 60-meter hurdles and came in fifth overall with a time of 9.47 seconds.
 
Evangelou ran the lead leg of the 4x200-meter relay team that set a school record with a time of 1:56.07. Freshmen Gina Salmins (Wyckoff, N.J.) and Michelle Moreira(Coopersburg, Pa.), and sophomore Gladys Njoku (Cedar Grove, N.J.) also took part in the fifth place finish.

Njoku also came in sixth in the long jump with a leap of 4.91 meters (16' 1.5"). Earrusso ran in the 600-meter race and finished eighth in a time of 1:49.31.

HOUGHTON
Two members of the Houghton indoor track and field team reached NCCAA national qualifying standards with their performances at the Spire North Coast Open on Saturday.
