The St. John Fisher College football team remains ranked in both national polls, which reflect games through Saturday Oct. 25. The Cardinals stayed at No. 15 in the D3football.com Top 25 and moved up two spots to 16th in the American Football Coaches Association Division III Poll.

Fisher (6-1) saw eight different players find the end zone as the visiting Cardinals blanked Alfred State 61-0 on Saturday at Pioneer Stadium.  It was the first time Fisher held an opponent scoreless since it blanked Otterbein University 28-0 to open up the 2013 season.

Fisher returns to action at 12 p.m. on Saturday when it will host Buffalo State on Hall of Fame weekend.

Ithaca College (5-2) and Salisbury University (4-3) are among teams also receiving votes in the D3football.com poll. The Bombers defeated the Sea Gulls 32-7 on Saturday.

Ithaca returns to action on Nov. 1 at Brockport at 1 p.m, while Salisbury returns home to take on Alfred University at 12 p.m.
