AU ties Keuka; Utica Falls to Brockport
ALFRED 0, Keuka 0
The AU women's soccer team tied the Keuka College Wolfpack 0-0 in a doubt OT defensive affair.
The first half saw little action as Keuka was the only team to put a shot on goal as both defenses showed off their stellar skills maintaining a 0-0 draw.
The Saxons came out in the second half ready to show some offense.
Samantha Faller (Red Lion, PA/Red Lion) put three shots on goal for the Saxons, but all were stopped by Keuka keeper Kenna Kosinski. The keeper on the other end of the field,
Sammy Jo Shanahan (Valley Stream, NY/Valley Stream South), had another impressive game with 13 saves behind the Saxon defense.
Neither team was able to mount much offense in overtime with teams only conceding two shots on goal.
