UC to Host FDU-Florham in NCAA Opener

The Empire 8 Champion Utica College field hockey team will host Fairleigh Dickinson University at Florham Wednesday afternoon in the first round of the 2014 NCAA Tournament. Game time is scheduled for 4 p.m.

This marks the third straight year the Pioneers will host a first round NCAA game after winning their third Empire 8 Conference title in as many years.
Tickets for Wednesday's game are $5 for adults and $3 for children, seniors, and students with valid ID.
Utica is in the midst of its best season ever as the Pioneers are 18-2 on the year.
