Ravi Sun Named ECAC Swimmer of the Week

Ravi Sun of the seventh-ranked Stevens Institute of Technology men's swimming team was named the Corvias ECAC Upstate Swimmer of the Week.
Sun helped lead Stevens to a convincing win over Hartwick College Saturday as part of Senior Day at the De Baun Aquatic Center.
Sun took first in the 100-yard backstroke with a time with a 51.85, the 200-yard backstroke with a 1:54.98, and the 200-yard IM, clocking a 1:56.58. Sun also was a member of the winning 200-medley relay team that turned in a 1:36.40.
In total, the second-year swimmer tallied three individual wins to help him to his third swimmer of the week nod this season.
Sun and the rest of the Ducks are now preparing for the upcoming UNYSCSA/Empire 8 Chanmpionships scheduled to run from February 19-22 in Ithaca, N.Y.
