Hillman turns in record-breaking performance at Brockport

CLINTON, NY – The Alfred University women's indoor track and field team competed Saturday at the Brockport State Invitational. AU junior Miasia Hillman (Buffalo, NY/Hutch Tech) earned top-five finishes (including two wins) in three sprint events.

Hillman won the 60-meter dash (7.95 seconds) and 200-meter dash (26.10), with both times breaking meet records. Hillman also took fifth in the 400-meter dash (1:04.12).

Senior Keri Blatz (North Babylon, NY/North Babylon) was 15^th in the shot put (10.10 meters) and senior Chelsea Hall (Grand Island, NY/Grand Island) was 14^th in the 60-meter hurdles (10.41 seconds).

AU is in action next on Saturday, Feb. 21, at RIT.
