Lachell Fourth at McDaniel Invitational

ABBOTTSTOWN, PA -- Nazareth's Jennifer Lachell fired an opening round 85 at the McDaniel Invitational being played at the Bridges Golf Club in Abbottsville, PA. The tournament was originally scheduled for 36 holes, but was cut short due to the weather.
New York University took first in the team standings with 343, followed by Gettysburg with 359, and Washington & Jefferson with 390. McDaniel and St. John Fisher round out the scoring teams with 395 and 398, respectively. Nazareth did not have enough golfers to calculate a score.
Nazareth senior Anne Czelusniak and St. John Fisher's Ceilia Fitzgerald tied for ninth with a 92.
Sophomore
Sarah Gosek also represented the Golden Flyers on Saturday and is 28th with her score of 110.
St. John Fisher's
Christiann Lerminiaux closed out the tournament at +25, which placed her in a tie for 16th.
Tess Gordon (+30) finished 21st overall, while teammates
Alexis Juda (+32) and
Megan Bleck (+33) placed 22nd and 23rd, respectively.
