Play Suspended Between Elmira & Alfred
Alfred, NY -- Extreme weather conditions during the first game of the Elmira College softball team's doubleheader against Alfred University has forced a suspension of play. Heavy rain and wind in the bottom of the fifth inning halted play with Elmira leading the Saxons 8-6. Play will resume at a later date and time.
