Scranton Remains Unbeaten With Wins Over King's & Baptist Bible

MOOSIC, Pa. – The University of Scranton men's golf team carded three rounds in the 70s despite windy conditions to post victories over King's and Baptist Bible College on Wednesday afternoon at Glenmaura National Golf Club.
The Royals, who finished with a total of 316, were led by senior Charles Hudacek (Moosic, Pa./Scranton Prep), who shot a 6-over-par 77, and juniors Erik Meyer (Clarks Summit, Pa./Abington Heights) and Grant Gulick (Binghamton, N.Y./Johnson City), who finished with 78 and 79, respectively.
Scranton also received an 82 from senior Brandon Gano (Bridgewater, N.J./Bridgewater-Raritan) while improving to 9-0 on the season.
King's, which shot a four-player total of 342, was led by freshman Corey Palma (Old Forge, Pa./Old Forge), who shot 82. Baptist Bible carded a team total of 431 and was led by senior Jordan Greve (Arcanum, Ohio/Arcanum), who shot 89.
Scranton is back in action on Thursday when it faces Marywood at 1 p.m. at Glenmaura National Golf Club.
