Fisher's Kelsey Named Top 20 Atlantic League Prospect

Malcolm Kelsey of the St. John Fisher College baseball team has been named a Top 20 Atlantic League prospect for his stellar performance in the summer league. Kelsey was one of two Division III players selected, with the majority being Division I players. Prospects on the Top 20 list included players from St. John's University, Seton Hall, as well as Lehigh University.
The Cardinals outfielder is coming off a strong season in which he finished with a .304 batting average with 25 runs scored and 8 RBI. As a freshman Kelsey started 39 games for the Cardinals en route to being named to the Empire 8 Second Team for his efforts.
Kelsey helped guide the Cardinals to a 31 win season along with an ECAC Metro Championship.
