ITHACA, N.Y. -- Ithaca College hosted the Dick Comanzo Diving Invitational on Sunday at the A&E Center Aquatics Pavilion. The men competed against five other teams, participating in the 11-dive format on 1-meter and 3-meter boards. Four divers met the NCAA qualifying standard in 1-meter and 3-meter, equaling eight qualifiers total for the men.

Senior Matt Morrison swept both boards for the Bombers. He paced the field of 10 in 1-meter, scoring a 543.90 to take the top spot. Fredonia divers rounded out the top three, with Rafael Santiago and Arron Carlson scoring 475.40 and 464.30, respectively.

Morrison followed with a score of 583.20 in 3-meter, placing first out of eight entries and falling just short of his own pool record (584.55). Fredonia once again rounded out the high scorers. Carlson placed second with a score of 507.45, and Santiago scored a 497.9 to take third.

Ithaca returns to action on Jan. 31, as the Bombers head to Union for a 2 p.m. road meet.
