Below are the individual honorees for the week ending Jan. 25:
 
Men’s Swimming & Diving Athlete – Ithaca
Matt Morrison, Senior – Simsbury, CT/Simsbury
Matt Morrison swept the four diving events he competed in through two meets this weekend. He highlighted Ithaca’s 187-104 win over Alfred on Saturday, placing first in 1-meter diving with a score of 374.20 to break the pool record. Morrison completed the sweep by registering a score of 376.50 in 3-meter diving, also setting a pool record. He earned another sweep on Sunday at the Dick Comanzo Diving Invite, pacing the field of 10 in the 1-meter event with a score a 543.90. Morrison followed with a score of 583.20 in the 3-meter, placing first out of eight entries and falling just short of his own pool record (584.55).

Women’s Swimming & Diving Athlete – Alfred
Dylan Staniszewski, Sophomore – Oakton, VA/Oakton
 
Dylan Staniszewski won three individual events in Alfred’s dual meet 196-100 loss to visiting Ithaca College on Saturday afternoon. She won the 400 individual medley in 4:48.13, and also won the 200 free (2:01.54) and 500 free (5:27.54) on the day for the Saxons. 
 
Men’s Basketball Player – St. John Fisher
Stefan Bock, Senior, Guard – Staten Island, NY/St. Peters
 
In a 3-0 week, senior Stefan Bock averaged 18.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 1.0 blocked shots, while enjoying a 7-to-2 assist-to-turnover ratio. He shot 60.6 percent from the floor, 3-of-6 from 3-point range (was 0-for-15 going into the week), and 12-of-14 (85.7%) from the foul line. He scored a career-high 24 points in a win over Houghton and came back less than 24 hours later to tally 22 points in a win over Ithaca.
 
Men’s Basketball Rookie – Utica
Ivan Iton, Freshman, Forward – Ossining, NY/Ossining
Freshman forward Ivan Iton averaged 5.0 points and 4.3 rebounds in a 2-1 week for the Pioneers. He shot 62.5 percent from the floor on the week. He netted 10 points and grabbed four rebounds in a win over Hartwick on Tuesday.
 
Women’s Basketball Player – St. John Fisher
Mary Kate Cusack, Junior, Guard – Clifton Park, NY/Shenendehowa
 
In a 3-0 week, Mary Kate Cusack averaged 16 points, five steals and 2.7 assists, while shooting 53.6 percent from the floor and a perfect 14-for-14 from the foul line. She scored 13 of her 17 points in the second half as Fisher erased an 11-point deficit and gave Ithaca its first Empire 8 loss on Saturday. The junior scored Fisher's final six points – all of which came at the foul line. On Friday, she finished with eight steals in a win over Houghton.
 
Women’s Basketball Rookie – Utica
Ashley Mayo, Freshman, Guard – Nanuet, NY/Nanuet
 
Ashley Mayo totaled 28 points and 18 boards in three games last week. She has averaged more than 10 points in her last six games and led the Pioneers in scoring in two of the three games played last week. She scored 11 points and grabbed nine rebounds in a win over Hartwick, then added 10 points and six rebounds in a one-point loss to Elmira. She scored 11 points in a loss to Stevens.
 
Men's Indoor Track Athlete –  St. John Fisher
Peter Girardi, Freshman – Cicero, NY/Cicero-North Syracuse
 
Peter Girardi set a personal best of 8.61 in the 60-meter hurdles to take first at the Houghton College Highlander Invite on Saturday to qualify for ECACs. He also teamed up to help win the 4x200 relay in a time of 1:33.25. Girardi also finished third in the 400-meter dash in a time of 53.23.

Men's Indoor Field Athlete –  Utica
James Brown, Freshman – Wappingers Falls, NY/Beacon
 
Freshman jumper James Brown leaped to an impressive victory in the high jump Saturday, recording a jump of 1.93 meters while grabbing 10 points. The Pioneers placed ninth scoring 21 points at the Brockport Invite.
 
Women's Indoor Track Athlete –  Nazareth
Hannah Brackley, Senior – Horseheads, NY/Elmira Notre Dame
 
Hannah Brackley won two races for Nazareth at the Brockport Invitational last Saturday. She set a meet record in winning the 400-meter dash with a time of 59.13 seconds. She also won the 200-meter dash in 26.49 seconds, just .16 seconds off her own school record.
 
Women's Indoor Field Athlete –  St. John Fisher
Taylor Youngkrans, Senior – Oneida, NY/Oneida
 
Taylor Youngkrans set the school record Saturday at the Houghton College Highlander Invite by winning the weight throw with a distance of 15.99 meters.
