Stevens Advances To E8 Final
The Stevens Institute of Technology women's tennis team advanced to the Empire 8 Conference finals with a 5-4 win over Nazareth College.
The Ducks advanced to tomorrow's championship match, taking on Ithaca College.

Julia Guignard started the day with an 8-2 win at first doubles, while the freshmen tandem of Jill Hadwin and
Victoria Piskarev notched a 8-6 victory at third doubles, putting Stevens up 2-1 heading into the singles events.
Connor picked up a straight set victory in first singles, while Guignard picked up a 6-2. 7-5 win at third singles. Guignard was trailing 4-5 in the second set, and saved the point before the claiming the next three. Freshman
Sydney Zoretic picked up the biggest win of her career to date as she won 6-4, 6-1 in fifth singles to give Stevens the 5-4 edge.
Tomorrow's match against the Bombers begins at 12 p.m.
