DANBURY, Conn. - Four Empire 8 field hockey players have been named ECAC All-Stars.

Stevens Institute of Technology field hockey senior Dailyn Brook was named to the first team while junior Nolie Prouty, Utica senior Colleen Dowling and Ithaca junior Katie Lass earned second team honors.

Brook led the Ducks with 15 goals and 38 goals this season, marking the fourth season in-a-row that she's finished top-two on the team in scoring. The south-Jersey native also cemented her names into the record book this season when she became the program's all-time leading scorer in October.

Brook's season accolades started in late October when she became the fifth player in program history to be selected to play in the Victory Sports Tours/NFHCA Division III Senior Game.

Prouty enjoyed a career-high 11 assist season which led both the conference and the team, and was the fourth most in single-season program history. Combined with her seven goals, Prouty placed third on the team with 25 points.

Prouty tallied at least one point in 13 games this season, including a career-high seven in a September win over The College at Brockport.

Dowling finished her senior campaign tied for the team lead in points (17) and collected a team-best nine assists.  She totaled 67 points (19 goals, 29 assists) in 82 career games played at UC.  She ranks seventh all-time in total points and fourth in career assists.  Dowling was also instrumental in all three of Utica's Empire 8 Conference titles the Pioneers won during her four-year career.

Lass, this season's Empire 8 Conference Player of the Year, is making her first appearance on an ECAC All-Star team. She was also selected as a first-team honoree for the North Atlantic Region by the NFHCA and a first-team member on the Empire 8 all-conference squad.

The Cherry Hill, N.J. native ranked among the nation's best in save percentage, goals against average and shutouts this season. Lass ranked seventh nationally in shutouts (eight), 10th in GAA (0.89) and 13th in save percentage (.837).
