Ithaca Men Host Invitational
ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca College men's swimming and diving team competed in the Ithaca Invitational Saturday evening at the Athletics & Events Center Aquatics Pavilion. The meet marked the Bombers final competition before the Upper New York State Collegiate Swimming Association Championships next week. There was no team scoring at the event.
The men finished first as the only entry in the 200-yard medley relay, as the team of
Jonathan Wheeler,
Vincent Dodero,
Eddie Mostert and
Alex Rosenhein touched in 1:46.04. Rosenhein also competed as the only entry in the 100-yard butterfly, finishing in 56.85. Dodero followed with a time of 1:05.05 in the 100-yard breaststroke, and a time of 22.69 in the 50-yard freestyle.
Ithaca's next meet will be the UNYSCSA Championships, starting on Feb. 18 in Webster, N.Y.
