HOUGHTON, N.Y. --
 The Ithaca College women won their 11th title, while the St. John Fisher men captured their first at the 2015 Empire 8 Indoor Track and Field Championships held at Houghton College's Kerr-Pegula Field House on Saturday.

Ithaca scored 192.5 points to outpace second place St. John Fisher (74 points) and continue their dominance at the event, but their male Bomber teammates had their championship streak broken at seven straight to the Cardinals, who scored 122 points. Ithaca was second on the men's side with 87 points.

Ithaca's Emilia Scheemaker won her second-straight Female Field Athlete of the Meet after repeating as champion in both the long and triple jumps. Hannah Brackley from Nazareth was the Female Track Athlete of the Meet with individual wins in the 200 and 400 and anchoring the winning 4x300 relay. For the men, Male Track Athlete of the Meet went to Nick Zickgraf of Stevens, who claimed first in both the 800 and the mile. Mark VanMarter of St. John Fisher won the long jump, finished second in the triple jump and claimed fourth in the high jump to earn Male Field Athlete of the Meet.
