Hilton Head, S.C.--Nazareth had a tough loss to the Millsaps College Majors this afternoon. The women lost 9-0 and drop to 4-8 overall.
The Flyers lost 8-2 at first and second doubles. Senior Adrienne Scharza and sophomore
Carlee Hastings were defeated by a score of 8-1 at third doubles.
In singles, sophomore
Carlee Hastings had a close match losing to Rachel Beck 6-4, 6-2. Senior Liz Crane had a well fought match at third singles, but was ultimately defeated 6-3, 6-2 by Anna Brahce. Junior
Ami Petosa also had a well fought match against Ashley Ford losing 6-1, 6-1 at second singles.
The Flyers return to the courts tomorrow morning against the Junianta Eagles.
