Fisher Completes Jekyll Island Invite

SUNDAY
The St. John Fisher College women's golf team shot a 389 on Sunday in the final round of the Jekyll Island Invitational.
The Cardinals placed 18
th overall and improved each day during the three-day tournament and finished at +316 (400-391-389-1,180).
Ceilia Fitzgerald shot a 91 on Sunday and finished in 96
th place overall at +68.
Freshman
Jenna Stogsdill shot her low row of the tournament, carding a 96.
Christiann Lerminiaux shot 99 on Sunday, while
Alexis Juda shot 103 and finished tied for 100
th overall at +78.
SATURDAY
The St. John Fisher College women's golf team shaved nine strokes off of Friday's opening round and posted a 391 on Saturday in the second day of the Jekyll Island Invitational. The Cardinals, however, failed to make up any ground and are still currently in 18th place.
Ceilia Fitzgerald led Fisher with a 93 on Saturday, while
Alexis Juda shot a 97. Both golfers rank in the top 100 of the field.
Megan Bleck shot a 100 on Saturday and is 101st place overall, while
Christiann Lerminiaux shot a 101 and is tied for 104th place.
FRIDAY
The St. John Fisher College women's golf team is in 18th place after shooting 400 (+112) on Friday in the first of three round of the Jekyl Island Invitational, hosted by Oglethorpe University.
Alexis Juda led the way for the Cardinals, shooting a 94 (+22) and is in 89
th place.
Ceilia Fitzgerald is two shots back at +24.
Megan Bleck (+32) and
Christiann Lerminiaux (+34) rounded out the scoring for the Cardinals.
Fisher returns to the Indian Mound Championship Course on Saturday.
