Baseball Player – Houghton
Tage Johnson, Freshman  - Jamestown, NY/Frewsburg
 
Tage Johnson led the Highlanders to a 4-1 record this week. For the week Johnson had a batting average of .550, 10 RBI, a slugging percentage of .800, an on base percentage of .609, and a 1.000 fielding percentage. In his best game of the week he went three for five against Elmira College and batted in five runs.
 
Baseball Pitcher – Stevens
Jayson Yano, Junior – Foothill Ranch, CA/El Toro

Against No. 22/13 Misericordia, Jayson Yano tossed eight shutout innings only allowing three hits while striking out eight and only walking one.
 
Softball Player – Alfred
Alison Wickwire, Senior, 1B/P – Towanda, PA/Towanda
 
Alison Wickwire was 4-for-8, with all four hits being homeruns for a 2.000 slugging percentage. She also reached base safely eight other times on walks for an on base percentage of .750. She hit three homeruns including a grand slam, during a sweep of Utica, and the next day connected for her second slam of the weekend during a sweep of Ithaca. In four games, she drove in 10 runs and scored six others. Additionally, her play in the field was superb as she logged 14 putouts, six assists and a perfect fielding percentage (1.000). She also earned two pitching wins (one against Utica, one against Ithaca), striking out a total of 10 batters.

Softball Pitcher –  St. John Fisher
Lindsey Thayer, Freshman – Winthrop, NY/St. Lawrence

Lindsey Thayer tallied 75 strikeouts over 45.0 inning pitched for a 0.31 ERA, as Fisher went 5-1 last week. The freshman recorded her first career no-hitter -- and the program's first since 2004 -- on Sunday in an 8-0 win over Elmira College. In that doubleheader, she tallied 30 strikeouts out of a possible 36. In the first two games of the week (Monday against Pitt-Bradford and Tuesday against Medaille College), Thayer threw a pair of one-hitter games. Her only loss in the week came against Stevens Institute of Technology, where she scattered 11 hits, three runs (two earned) and four walks with 15 strikeouts over 13.0 innings. On the year, she owns a 0.73 ERA with 150 strikeouts.
 
Men’s Lacrosse Player – St. John Fisher
Matt Colicchia, Sophomore – Clarence Center, NY/Clarence
 
Matt Colicchia helped the Cardinals to a 2-0 week. Registered a career-high 4 goals in a 22-4 win over Houghton on Saturday. Came back on Saturday to set a career-high in points (5) on two goals and three assists in an 8-6 win over Geneseo.
 
Men’s Lacrosse Goalie – Nazareth
Michael Cuciti, Sophomore – Farmington, NY/Canandaigua
 
Michael Cuciti had a career-high 12 saves in a 15-10 loss at #2 RIT last Tuesday. He had nine saves in a 9-6 win over Ithaca last Saturday.
 
Women's Lacrosse Player – Elmira
Ashton Hogan, Senior, Attack – Shelburne, ONT/
 
Ashton Hogan helped lead Elmira to a 1-1 week, including a 16-7 win against SUNY Canton. Hogan finished the week with 12 points on 11 goals and one assist. Against Canton, Hogan scored a season-high six goals and tallied one assist. Her sixth score against the Roos upped her career total to 100 goals, a feat she accomplished in just 34 games, making her the second-fastest to reach the 100-goal mark in EC history. She also scored five goals in a 16-9 loss to #19 Fredonia State.
 
Women's Lacrosse Goalie – St. John Fisher
Molly Maguire, Freshman – Pittsford, NY/Pittsford-Sutherland
 
Molly Maguire started both games this weekend to help Fisher to two pivotal conference wins. She tallied a career-high seven saves in an 11-7 win over nationally ranked Stevens on Saturday and notched four more saves in 24:51 of play in a 19-4 win over Hartwick Sunday.
 
Men’s Tennis Player– Hartwick
Brian Redder, Senior – Marion, NY/Williamson
 
Brian Redder won both of his singles matches and 1-of-2 doubles matches in a 1-1 week for Hartwick. He won both second singles matches in three sets, beating his opponent from Houghton 6-3, 3-6, 10-7, and his counterpart from Oswego, 6-0, 6-7 (6-8), 6-1. He also combined with teammate Will Gilbraith for an 8-6 win in doubles against the Lakers.
 
Men’s Golf Player – Moravian
Evan Dickinson, Junior – Carlisle, PA/Boiling Spring
 
Evan Dickinson averaged 76.5 strokes per round over two rounds last week as Moravian was third at the Moravian Spring Invitational and are second after the first round of the Glenmaura National Collegiate Invitational. Dickinson was tied for seventh of 57 golfers at the Moravian Spring Invitational with a 78 on the par 72 Woodstone Country Club course on Thursday. On Sunday, Dickinson carded a four-over par 75 in the opening round of the Glenmaura National Collegiate Invitational hosted by The University of Scranton at Glenmaura National Golf Club. He is tied for sixth of 60 at the tournament. Moravian will complete the tournament's second round on Monday.
 
Men’s Outdoor Track Athlete – Stevens
Nicholas Zickgraf, Sophomore – Kenilworth, NJ/David Brearley
 
Nick Zickgraf set a school record in the 1500 meter run at the Bison Open with a time 3:57.30 while also qualifying for the ECAC outdoor meet. His 4X800 meter relay team also qualified for ECAC, with Zickgraf running his portion in 1:55.2.
 
Men’s Outdoor Field Athlete – Nazareth
Brandon Vuolo, Junior – East Islip, NY/East Islip
 
Brandon Vuolo excelled for Nazareth Saturday as the Golden Flyers hosted the annual ROC City Classic at Golden Flyer Stadium. He set a school record in winning the discus throw with a heave of 40.61 meters (133 feet, 3 inches) and also equaled his own school record in the shot put with a toss of 13.76 meters (45 feet, 1 3/4 inches). He also placed 10th in the hammer throw with a distance of 41.49 meters.
 
Women’s Outdoor Track Athlete – Nazareth
Hannah Brackley, Senior – Horseheads, NY/Elmira Notre Dame
 
Hannah Brackley helped Nazareth set school and stadium records in the 4 x 400-meter relay Saturday as Nazareth hosted the annual ROC City Invitational at Golden Flyer Stadium. Nazareth won the relay in a time of 4:01.36. Brackley also finished second in the 200-meter dash (:26.05) and third in the 400-meter dash (:59.02).
 
Women’s Outdoor Field Athlete – St. John Fisher
Taylor Youngkrans, Senior – Oneida, NY/Oneida
 
Taylor Youngkrans highlighted the day in the hammer throw at the Roc City Classic crushing the school record she previously set last week. The senior threw 50.39 meters for first place overall and the current No. 6 ranking among Division III.
