Fisher Extends Lead; Hill in First

  The nationally-ranked St. John Fisher College men's golf team stretched its lead to 20 strokes after the third round of the Empire 8 Golf Championship on Saturday as the Cardinals shot a combined 307 at the par 71 Hershey Country Club.  The winner, which will be crowned on Sunday, will earn the Conference's automatic bid to the 2015 NCAA Division III Men's Golf Tournament in May.
 
The Cardinals entered the day holding a 13-stroke lead after completing the championship's first two rounds in the fall and quickly pulled away from the crowd.

Stevens Institute of Technology Cam Hill currently sits in first place with a three round total of 223. Hill shot a 73 (+2) on Saturday, with tied for the lowest score of the day with Fisher's Corey Hass. Hass is currently tied for fourth with teammate Chris Blyth with a 3-round score of 232. 

Stevens Frank Szucs shot a 78 on Saturday to place him second overall with a total of 230, followed by Scranton's Ryan Brown with a 231. 
 
Moravian is led by Evan Dickinson who is currently in a tie for sixth place at 233 with Fisher's Devin Solar. 

The teams will be back on the course tomorrow competiting in the final leg of the Empire 8 Championship Tournament.
