Fisher Finishes 11th At NCAAs

The St. John Fisher College men's golf team wrapped up the NCAA Division III Championship on Friday, finishing the national tournament in 11th place. It marks the fourth straight year where the Cardinals have finished among the top 11 schools.
The Cardinals brought out their best for the last round, shooting a 298 (4-over par), for a four-round total of 1207 (+55).
Corey Haas led his team on the day, carding a 73 (+1) with three birdies to finish with a total of 301 (+13). In his second appearance in the NCAA Championship, Haas improved from tied for 48th to tied for 38th.
Senior
Chris Blyth posted the best score for Fisher, finishing tied for 21st. Blyth recorded a 74 with two birdies in the final round for a four-day total of 296 (+8).
Karl Deuble also posted his best score in the final round, shooting a 75. He totaled 308 (+20).
Devin Solar and
Ian Campbell rounded out Fisher's squad with +17 and +35 finishes, respectively.
