Elmira, NY -- The Elmira College men's soccer team spent some time Sunday morning giving back to the local community and helping join the fight against breast cancer at the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. One member of the men's soccer team, Cody Stinson '16, ran in the 5k race while the rest of the Soaring Eagles were part of the volunteer staff.

Stinson was the first person to cross the finish line of the 2015 Race for the Cure, completing his 5k run in 18:48. Although they were not there to meet him at the finish line, Stinson's teammates celebrated with him after finishing up their duties with the volunteer crew.
