Five Teams Receive 2015 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Squad Recognition
IWLCA Academic Honor Squads
Grand Lake, CO -- Five Empire 8 women's lacrosse teams earned Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coach Association (IWLCA) Academic Honor Squad recognition for their efforts in the classroom during the 2015 Spring season. The IWLCA honors team across the country who compiled a team grade point average of 3.0 or better. In total, 265 schools nationwide were recognized and 129 of those were at the Division III level.
The Empire 8 teams that landed on this year's list included - Elmira College, Hartwick College, Nazareth College, Stevens Institute of Technology and Utica College.
