El Yazidi Sets School Records
Elmira College's Tilila El Yazidi had a record book weekend as she became the program's single-season wins leader on Saturday, October 8. The freshman talent was a double-winner on the afternoon, which brought her season-win total to 22 matches. El Yazidi's 22-win total puts the Moroccan native in sole possession of first place, snapping a former four-way tie.
On Sunday El Yazidi set the college record for single-season singles victories (12), and along with doubles partner Megan Fitzgerald
moved into a tie for first place in program history for single-season doubles wins (12).
