Men's Cross Country In Action at Inter-Regional Meet
RESULTS
GLASSBORO, N.J. (October 15, 2016) - The Ithaca College, Nazareth College, St. John Fisher College and Stevens Institute of Technology men's cross country teams raced on the 7.8K course at the Rowan University Border Clash on Saturday in Glassboro, N.J.
Senior
Sean Phillips paced the Bombers with an 11th overall finish with a time of 23:48.1, which was just under three seconds shy of a top 10 placement.
Junior
Tim Chappell was the next Bomber to complete the course in 24:30.7 to come in 41st overall.
Stevens junior
Greg Arabagian led the way with a 33rd place time of 24:23.9, while senior
Chris Banko was 12 seconds behind him in 46th place.
Mac Milligan was first to cross the finish for Fisher. He finished in 56
th place overall, and clocked in for the 7.8K race at 24:42.2. Not far behind was
Charles Collins who finished the race in 25:07.2, good for 95
th overall.
Nazareth senior
Matt Battaglia and freshman
Nicasio Gristina fished just over two seconds apart for the 7.8-kilometer course. Battaglia came in at 26:33.1 for 207
th place, while Gristina followed in 26:35.9 for 214
th place.
