2016 E8 Men's Soccer Tournament Set
The Stevens Institute of Technology men’s soccer team earned the top overall seed in the upcoming Empire 8 Championship and the right to host the four-team tournament after topping Houghton, 1-0, on Saturday, Oct. 29.
With the win the Ducks ended the regular season with a conference mark of 6-1-0. Ithaca College earned the No. 2 seed after a 2-1 win against St. John Fisher College today to end the regular season with a 5-1-1 league mark. Houghton College (4-1-2) suffered its first conference loss of the season today ultimately giving them the No. 3 seed. Fisher (3-3-1) will serve as the No. 4 seed.
