Cross Country Runs at Paul Short Invite
COMPLETE RESULTS
BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Ithaca College, St. John Fisher and Utica College women's cross country teams competed at the multi-divisional Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University on Saturday.
Ithaca junior
Taryn Cordani paced Ithaca with a runner-up showing in a time of 20:54, which was just two seconds behind the top competitor from St. Lawrence. In all, 373 student-athletes ran in the race on Saturday.
Fisher senior
Sammy Van Gee finished first for the Cardinals. The senior came in at 15
th place overall, posting a time of 23:08 for the 6K race. Ithaca junior
Denise Ibarra came in 17th overall in 21:34.
Utica was led by sophomore
Kaitlyn Stinson who posted the third fastest 6k time in program-history (23:37) and finished 36
th overall.
Fisher's
McKayla Crawford placed 55
th overall with a time of 23:55. Ithaca graduate student
Michaela Cioffredi clocked 22:23 to claim 64th. Utica's
Renee Lewis posted the sixth fastest 6k time in program-history and placed 71
st (24:11)
